Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 19, 2026
Cognify is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML throughout all pages
- Keyboard navigation support with visible
:focus-visibleindicators - Minimum tap targets of 48px on mobile
- Body font size of 16px or larger
- Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query - Screen-reader-friendly labels and ARIA attributes where appropriate
- Alt text on all informational images
- Skip navigation links for keyboard users
Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may need improvement:
- Some interactive practice components use complex widgets that may not fully support all assistive technologies yet
- Dynamically generated content (AI-graded FRQs) may occasionally lack complete ARIA labeling
